Description:

Our client, a large Central Government department are looking for an immediately available Business Analyst to join their new project and business transformation. The main objective is to achieve a fully 'Blueprint' compatible target Business Operating Model for the future.
The key responsibilities are:
* Refining operating processes to address any gaps in performance
* Providing accurate requirements for the caseflow design
* Change impact analysis
* Work with the Implementation Transformation Map
* Activity and job mapping
* Organisational Design model

The project is aimed to reach completion early 2009, the purpose of this role is pivotal to the success. It requires a candidate who is accountable for their own work and whom has experience of the above responsibilities.
