Description:
Working for a leading top tier international banking group, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced credit professional with a background in LBO credit from either a primary or secondary market provider.Core Responsibilities:
1. Operate as a core member of the new business promotion team with prime responsibility for analysing and closing primary / secondary LBO transactions
2. Take a central role in the production of credit applications, including financial modelling
3. Deal with all aspects of the credit approval process, including risk analysis, documentation, closing, liaising with other banks, external advisors, etc
4. Present credit papers to divisional management and to senior credit staff in formal meetings
5. Attend bank meetings, sponsor presentations, etc and liaising with external advisors as appropriate
6. Maintain up to date knowledge of LBO market and providing feed back to team members / management
7. Assist on other tasks within the LBO team as required
