We have two opportunities for Compliance Managers, within our UK Corporate Banking division at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

RBS manages its compliance risk in a manner which will support the organisation to achieve and maintain its goals of standalone strength and sustainable growth through maintaining market confidence, delivering stable earnings growth, maintaining capital adequacy, and providing efficient access to funding and liquidity.
In this Compliance Manager role, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate written and / or verbal guidance in relation to compliance matters, consulting and liaising with the Senior Compliance Manager as necessary. You'll be supporting the business in enhancing its Conduct Risk framework as it prepares for the new UK regulatory architecture, providing guidance on addressing compliance issues and supporting and maintaining fit for purpose compliance reporting. You'll maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, both in the business and in other risk disciplines.
As Compliance Manager, you'll have good overall knowledge of the regulatory environment pertaining to large, complex financial service organisations and specifically the SME sector. You'll be able to demonstrate a strong track record of managing key stakeholder relationships at a senior management level, and will display strong, well developed communication, interpersonal, team working, and organisational skills enabling you to succeed in this role.
