Daily duties will include :
First/Second/Sole checking of documents under Import/Export Letters of Credits and deferral of discrepancies.
Processing and checking of all aspect of Trade Finance transactions; including Opening, Amendments, Payments, Acceptances, Deferred payments, FX deals, Negotiations and Discounting of Import/Export Letters of Credits.
Standby Letters of Credits/Collections
Liaising with Account Manager/Applicant/Beneficiary/Foreign banks regarding all Trade Finance related matters.
Liaising with Deputy Managers regarding departmental issues.
Providing guidance to officers/applicant/beneficiaries on technical matters.
Monitoring of pending transactions.
Preparation of monthly statistics/report for clients.
Preparation/Checking of general Trade Finance related correspondent.
Submittal of approval to Financial Security London of Loans and L/C application.
