What you will do 

Join us in a Regulatory and Compliance role and you’ll: 

• Work with regulated firms to develop innovative solutions to new regulations
• Assist clients to restructure their organisations on a national, regional and global basis
• Work with regulators and governments to consider effective regulatory solutions to market issues
• Develop technical expertise alongside experts with complementary skills
• Establish, maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Coach team members, share knowledge and help them to develop.

What you need

We’re looking for people who have: 

• A strong academic background including a Bachelor’s degree
• A practical knowledge of Compliance and Regulation in either Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Management or Insurance
• An ability to work in a team environment, whilst also being highly self-motivated
• An ability to think in a creative and imaginative way
• Effective leadership and project management skills.
