These on-going relationships are built on a foundation of consistent quality of service, clear communication and continual service review and improvement. We operate a detailed Quality Policy, have comprehensive documented Quality Processes that govern all of our business activities, and have a dedicated Quality Champion who has responsibility for Quality Assurance & ongoing Quality Process improvements. The majority of our Consultants are all high calibre graduates with minimum of five to ten years recruitment experience; many hold related qualify ications, and all are committed to providing a best in class, superior level of client and candidate care.
Consistency
We pride ourselves on right first time, every time, attainment. This attainment is attested by the high percentage of our instructions that are repeat business. We are able to achieve this by ensuring consistency in all processes within the work place. The robustness of our support functions and our commitment to ongoing training & development in these areas means that we are able to ensure that we always achieve the very highest levels of service. We do not however allow ourselves to become complacent: We are always seeking to monitor our own performance and identify opportunities for improvement on a proactive basis.
